Hello all,
I've had my Stinger for a couple months now and i recently purchased a used JB4, DIY CAI, and Denso plugs. I'm 100% new to tuning and really have no idea what I'm doing to be honest. But how safe is to use the JB4 and tune it? What are the chances of me blowing up my car and voiding the warranty? I'm aware of the law that says the manufacture has to prove that the tune was the reason that the problems happened but from what I've been told any dealer would be able to plug into the ECU and easily see if the car has been messed with. I'm always running 93 octane and from what I've read I will not be going higher than map2 and would probably use map1 for daily driving. I just want to make sure I'm not going to damage my car and mess of the warranty.
