Washed my car yesterday and came out this morning and noticed these what appear to be like paint flakes but they’re rubbery not hard and brittle. The only thing I can think of is they found their way there from the top painted rubber seals on the roof of the car since those are cracking like they do on these cars. Anybody else experience something like this or have any ideas?

(Sorry, didn't read carefully enough.) What "roof seals" are you talking about? You probably just didn't see this before; and it happened during assembly. Try picking them away with your fingernail. If that doesn't work, then very carefully cut them away with a single edge razor blade. If you accidentally score the glossy black paint on the faux vents, use a glossy black touchup brush. (I've touched up a number of white nicks in my faux vents; you can't see the touchup paint when you stand back.)

The rubber seals that are on the roof edges by the doors were the ones I meant but I think you may be right on, I guess it possible I knocked them up where I could see them better after the wash but I think you’re right on what they are. Thank you for the helpful advice I appreciate it.

I'm kinda lost, you say roof seals but pictures look like the fake hood vents.

It's the wrap, that comes on the vehicle. Sorry I'm late to the party. Dealer didn't properly remove them. You'll need to remove those "vents" to get the rest out. It's not paint. Just a crappy delivery detail
