With the coronavirus restrictions, how long can the Kia stinger gt sit in the garage before the battery goes flat?

Has anyone installed a battery switch to disconnect the battery quickly, so that is does not go flat? Is there any downside to using a battery switch? Any recommendation on a good reliable battery switch?

Mine sat for 6 weeks with no problem.
