So exterior updates look like:

• Taillights with an operational light bar in the center
• Taillights with sequential turn signal
• New wheel design
• Headlight DRL different
• Possible difference in lowbeams/highbeam design
• Possible hood changes

That seems to be about it. If the hood is a big improvement it might be compatible with the 18-20 models.

I see that the same style hood vents are still there but they've left vents on the hood cover so it's possible they've made them functional.

I don't think so, I was going by 3:42 of this video versus the one above.

Let's hope that the modest changes to the sheetmetal are actual improvements and do not mar what was already an excellent design (minus the non-functioning hood vents).

From the looks of it, doubt we'll see too much done to the interior aside from a larger Nav screen and the addition of a digital cluster on higher trims, but the rest of the interior could certainly use an upgrade (esp. considering the elevation of the interiors in the new Optima and Sorento).

But the most impt. change would be the engines; would be disappointing if the Stinger doesn't get the new 2.5T and 3.5TT motors for its refresh.

No doubt these guys are staking out the factory gates but, you know, if they didn't cover these mules in all the camouflage to hide any changes I doubt anyone would be able to tell the difference between a current and the next model at a glance.

That’s a car mask Merlin. Apparently the new model is susceptible to catching or transmitting Coronavirus.

I really like the updates we've been able to ascertain from spy photos so far - except the wheels. That's easily fixed by buying 2018-2020 GT2 wheels to use for summer and using the stock 2021 GT2 wheels for winter tires.
