Body colored rear reflectors

Welp tried to put on my body colored reflectors today followed the video on here where I made the purchase. Got all the way to removal of the tail lights where the person who made the video failed to mention of a screw that you can barely get to so now i have to find either the smallest wrench or angle wrench. Does anyone know the tool to get to this screw?

Just a regular crescent wrench should work. Just takes approx 10000 tiny little turns, haha.

Edit: I believe I just used a regular crescent, although it might have been a more mini sized one. But for sure was just a crescent.

No I followed his direction but he should've mentioned that hard to get to screw

Honestly, I used a ratchet so I guess that's where the genius comes in.
