they probably can do it with a mobile unit at your convenience ..................google PDR and see the types of repairs they can do and how they do it , its a gamechanger for body damage .Thanks will look into it

Definitely take that to a professional, that could be an awkward spot to get to, if even accessible.
Make sure you sufficiently deduct that cost from your children(s) current or future allowance until the cost if fully recovered...

PDR can certainly remove that dent , but you are correct , the paint was compromised and that spot will need to be touched up or the panel repainted ...................After seeing the picture, that damage will require paint!
Not sure how a PDR repair will fix that one.
