Stingers on the Dragon 2020

I am pretty pumped for this, however is a date hammered down yet? I will be in North Dakota for work on the weekend of the 17th. Unfortunately that is something unavoidable for my line of work. Regardless of date, I might go up the weekend after that. I need to get new sway bars before that. 2018 gt2's are really bouncy on some curves.

Sounds like anytime but the weekend is fine. I found Tuesday to be friendly enough; very moderate traffic. In some places it looked like I had the road to myself.

Morning and evening are just fine any day of the week, but it might depend on your interpretation. We're usually out b/w daybreak and 9 or so, and after 5. A bunch of loonies also love making midnight runs.

You're more likely to encounter "local" commercial traffic on weekdays. When we've done gatherings, we never plan any group rides along there, there are tons of equally (possibly more) enjoyable roads around. Our day rides are typically 200-300 miles.

I added some route maps under the files..

How does June 11th thru the 14th work for everyone? I need at least 10 commitments to get the group rates for us.

This will be at Fontana Village:
Lodge rooms with 2 queen beds $103.00/$113.00- lower rate Thursday and higher Friday and Saturday night

Hemlock 2 bedroom cabins $143.00/$153.00 lower Thursday and higher Friday and Saturday night


These are the group rates for the listed dates and each will have a 13% tax added per night to the rate listed

Good point! The Lodge is hit or miss too.... It will be a good idea to bring radios to keep in contact as well.
