Can you share your findings? Not entirely sure what this picture is showing. Is that salt? I live in a place where it never snows...I went off reading and learned why so many people installed a mesh filter in th wheel well.

I’ve had mine in 18 months & no problems, I used SS mesh that I bought off eBay, from memory it was 10 mesh, you could source similar locally.Now I got to go look up the old thread with the directions.
