After many many hours of resesrching and searching for a somewhat attractive wheel that is relatively light and wouldnt cost me a divorce I ended up going with Ruff Racing RS1 Gunmetal ($171/wheel)

Front 18×8.5 +25 235s
Rear 18×10 +40 275s

Maybe a little bit of poke but I'm ok with how it looks.

Kuddos on your wheels and tire selection! Looks nice! I need to drive and corner faster to wear out my Michelins so I can purchase my dream wheel tire combo!:)

Anyone done a bang-for-buck analysis of 18" vs 19"? I'm interested in going wider than the stock staggered (AWD) setup. Would love some 285+ on the back. Just curious if it's way cheaper for 18" than 19"? Some extra sidewall wouldn't hurt - lots of potholes around here - and I'm sure there's no real difference in grip for the same tire, 18" vs. 19"...

I went with the 18" for the dragstrip. I'll be putting on some 285 drag radials on the back. I don't have any numbers for you but in my experience looking at wheels and tires there is definitely a noticable difference in cost.

What size(s) did you get?

Thanks.. What size tires will you do for drag radials? I'm assuming fronts get changed too?
Probably something close to this

Front - 235/40/18 Nitto NT555
Rear - 285/35/18 Nitto NT555R

Because I'm a cheap bastard, Inovit Vector...19x8.5 30 front, 19x9.5 45 rear. Conti ExtremeContact DWS06 245/35 and 285/30. Dealer (Fitment Industries) says they'll be near flush but no poke. Justified domestically as "snow tires". Will post mounted pics when that happens. For now, they look like this.

Finally received, now we'll see if they fit. Fingers crossed, gang...

^^^If everything works out, post up pics! Also, maybe I missed it, is it in silver or hyper silver?

Silver.

So after all that what I received was 19x9.5 40 offset for the rears instead of the 45 spec'd, but I figured we'd just see how it went. Good news! Poke vs. no poke is a preference thing...for me it's not something I want on mine. So I was pleased to see what I'd call fluuussshhh on the rear, slightly tucked front. I can live without the 5mm.

Final specs:
Inovit Vector in silver (they also have black) from Fitment Industries, all TPMS and lugs, etc, in the package.
19x8.5 35ET with Conti DWS06 245/35/19 front
19x9.5 40ET "" " " 285/30/19 rear

The car is filthy. It rains here. Meh.

Looks great! How much did the wheels weigh each?

Hadn't weighed or been able to find that info. We'll say not particularly light :) But I am curious, so I messaged the Australian branch (no US that I could find).

Fitment Industries does have a pretty good deal on them...looking at Ebay for comparison I found 900-1100USD, these were under 8. So not a choice for the brand conscious, perhaps, or those wanting flow formed, etc... I think they're much better known in UK and maybe Oz. For me it's good. These tires are not cheap, so....balance, right?

^^^I asked that question a few posts up. :) He's trying to find out.

how much does each wheel weigh?

Roughly 24 lbs for the 10" so the 8.5" is less but not exactly sure. I figured $171 a piece that's not too bad.

At that price, I'm assuming plain old cast wheels? Cheap enough, though - just buy an extra one of each :-)
