I need some help with a pair of GFB TMS Hybrid BOVs. I have the 3.3TT So they are the type that can’t be adjusted by spinning the centers of the valves. You basically either get full atmosphere, full recirc or 50/50 atmosphere/recirc. Right now I have it set up on full atmosphere and the spring load Allen screw is 4 turns in from the top on both valves. Should the engine run full recirc or full atmosphere and is the spring load screw turned too far into the valve or should I be good? Sorry I just don’t know what the hell I am doing. The instructions from GFB are ok but they don’t tell you what’s “best overall for the car.” Are the stock valves running on full recirc when they’re on the car?

Have u tried their website. There’s a tech article that explains about the bov.

Run what you like. VTA will get you the pshhh sound 50/50 will be good. Recirc if you want to keep it more like stock.

That’s what I was thinking. With recirc I would basically close up the hole where the trumpet would go on correct? With trumpet on, it fully vents, with plug on fully recirc. Am I understanding that correctly?

I mean you could say that. If you go recirculate you wont here those amazing angel trumpets lol.

I just want stock throttle response or better and full atmosphere or recirc shouldn’t make a difference should it? Should be based on the spring adjustment right?

It won't effect throttle response. The spring adjustment will take care of it. Just make sure it isnt too tight or too loose.
