What is the largest diameter difference people are running with their staggered AWDs?
Stock is 26.1 inches front and 26 inches back.

Saw someone on FB that had 1.5 inches difference and is having issues as expected. But wonder if .2 or 3. difference works?

Thinking of going 275 30 19s and 245 35 19s. By generic size the rears are .3 smaller but the Michelin 4s 275s are .1 taller than the size suggests so just .2 difference. Unfortunately they don't make 4s in 285s.

I just bought a set of DWS 06s in 245/40/19 & 275/35/19 ~ 0.5% difference and am not worried in the slightest. General rule of thumb from previous AWD cars is no more than 3% difference btw front and back. I'll let someone else confirm, but my guess is that you'd have 0 issues.

Give me another week or two and I can give real world feedback once I get my set installed.

Plus you went .6 larger on both ends so the ratio is exactly the same as stock. .1 larger in the front.
Got any pics? Can you tell the tire is bigger?

I don't have them on yet, I'm waiting for the wheels to be made. Here's some pictures from someone on the FB page with the same size tires I bought (and it's lowered on Eibach springs as well). I much prefer the meaty setup and our Seattle roads are just terrible for these super low profile tires.
