Why don't they race competitors with same/similar horsepower against each other ?
the Stinger always seems to get pitted against cars with much more horsepower

I feel ya, but at the same time, that Stinger kept up with the Hellcat. That's a win for us

Very true but seems unfair on poor Stinger that it's outgunned a lot of the time

Yeah, it doesn't seem fair sometimes but I think during these open drag race events, you just line up in one of the two lines and hope for a good contender.

Ahahaha, I haven't been to one of these things yet -I plan to go next year- but I'm sure it's intimidating. They can't bail though since there are people behind them. The only way out is forward
