Just curious as to how this works (or doesn't)

I have been browsing the forums and have seen a lot of cool stuff. I have never done any after market stuff to any of my cars outside of audio.

Doesn't all the exhaust and performance stuff void the warranty?

In this US, it’s called magnuson moss act. Google it

Interesting, I recently bought a 2018 Canadian Stinger GT2 with 400 miles on it from a US dealership (considered used as the dealership bought it from a Canadian dealership). I also bought the Zurich extended warranty so all servicing can be done here in the US. I wonder if I'm also protected by the Magnuson Moss Act. I'd like to put air intakes and maybe catch cans on it, but don't want to void my warranty...

No clue, that’s a pretty unique situation. You’ll have to do some research
