That covercraft looks super legitCovercraft UVS100. Used these for years on different cars and really love them. A bit pricey, but made specifically for the vehicle and fit perfectly.
Which direction does your carport face? If north, like ours, then you're good. Any morning/evening sunlight slanting in will not do any damage; it's too brief and weak to cause a problem. If south, then you might be well served to put up a tarpaulin screen on hooks that can be swiftly hung and taken down. I know I'd be looking at that possibility. The issue, then, would be how much damage the tarp could do to the paint in a strong wind out of the south. So, then you'd want to be able to fasten down the bottom edge of the tarp so that it couldn't blow inward and flap against the car.I've been looking at that weather tech full car kit since I have a car port and not a garage...I don't know. I just want to protect the leather from all that sun exposure when the sun shifts.
