Trunk / License Plate Garnish Removal

Does any have any experience I removing the trunk panel? And if so... Any tips??

remove the trunk panels inside the hatch to expose the rear frame ?

This definitely looks like to OEM solution !! I have removed my tail light assembly to install LED backups and its very simple to do , check out that LED Backup light thread for "How To "
 
These clips will be the death of me.... How in the world would I get these 10+ things out??

Wrap a pair of pliers in cloth, depress the sides.
Yes I thought it would be that easy but these little suckers just pop back into place... patience is key and I’m losing it lol

I would fold a microfiber and create a little tension on the panel. When you pop them out, move the cloth inwards. The panel is curved, so likely wants to just pop back into place.

Place the cloth in-between the body and the panel.
