Posts going to Junk Folder all of a sudden

Just yesterday evening, for no reason that I can fathom, all Stinger Forum emails announcing new posts go straight to my Junk Folder. Does anybody know why that would be? And how can I stop it? I click on each email and mark it "Not Junk". And it doesn't change a thing back.

I'd say it is the Forums pay back time. Post overload syndrome

I was going to also say something snarky but then I looked and mine were in my junk mail as well...

Is it Gmail? Not sure why marking "not junk" isn't fixing it, but you should be able to create a message rule to make sure they go to the inbox.

Mine is Outlook. Just started filtering them to junk yesterday. No clue why. It appears to be back to normal today though because the email I just received alerting me to this post was in my inbox.

Outlook here, too. It must be an Outlook "thing". This morning, about a third of the forum email notifications were in the Inbox, the rest in Junk. Maybe it'll sort itself out.

Appears to have sorted itself out. "Until the next time …"

As this day wears on, all emails from the forum are going to my Inbox.

I'm have outlook to, no in box problems but I now get the benefit of alerts to my front screen on my mobile + the alert sound for all forum threads I'm on. Just started happening. I can now hear it tinging away at night. I'm thinking there's Merlin again

No. It's my fast flying fingers. The wand is on its display stand downstairs.

And now, a bunch of threads that I am signed onto don't make it to my email at all. I have to discover them here under "New Posts". Not a yooge inconvenience; but annoying because things are not working as they are supposed to.

"It" was doing that before. But yesterday almost all of them were not sending email alerts. Now, it seems to be back to the random few here or there that don't send alerts to my Inbox, i.e. back to "normal". I think it's a software glitchy thing with Sal's site.

Outlook is doing it again. I wondered why activity seemed to slow down suddenly yesterday. Almost all forum email alerts were going to Junk. Still doing it.

Started doing this again on Monday and by late Tuesday, early Wednesday, I saw that the decrease in Inbox alerts was because they were going to "Junk". I spent a feckless day or two going to Junk and selecting all Stinger Forum alerts and listing them as "Not Junk"; over, and over, and over again. No amount of "slapping Outlook awake" made the slightest difference. Finally, late yesterday, I tried the "Move to" function; and sent all selected Stinger Forum emails to "Inbox". Voila! Now all Stinger Forum alerts are going directly to my Inbox again.

Merlin I think I've figured out the issue, your outlook inbox is protesting the amount of alerts it has to handle and has finally given up the ghost.

I turned off email notifications on all but a few threads. I was getting too much email!

Probably the posts about "the new carbon fiber whatever i put on my car", "listen to this shitty exhaust" or "look at this pointless wing".....all should be in the garbage.
