Mostly looks, slotted or anything of that nature does help keep a fresh pad surface compared to blank regardless of the driving conditions; drilled all the way through is always more susceptible to cracking along holes, drilling holes just naturally creates a weaker material when talking heat cycling and brand of rotors doesn't matter, the solid or slotted will always be tougher than drilled.

@NYdito thanks for the update. I'd be in for a full set when they are available including pads.
Also if the pads are stoptech then they should be able to get/source the SS lines, as they (StopTech) are the ones manufacturing them for the Stinger.

I never thought I would fall in love with a Kia. It’s not easy but My heart belongs to Toyota/Lexus. I want the new supra. The Toyota Supra has been my dream car. I won’t be out of sports car I own my Lexus IS 300 turbo and Lexus ISF. It really hurts me thou. I originally bought this for the wife and ended up stealing it from her all the time and modding it lol. I can’t keep cheating on my Lexus is not right.

I won’t be surprise if I end buying the GTS lol.

^^^The Supra has been one of my dream cars, but it's the Mk IV. That being said, the new Supra is intriguing from a mod standpoint, and that its official performance specs seem suspiciously conservative, which is a good thing. When you do part with the Stinger, don't be a stranger and pop in here when you can!

I won’t lol I will still be here to troll you guys and do some DIY videos on other Stingers. I honestly would not be surprised if I bought another Stinger down the road.

It hurts me to agree with you but you are correct. The new Supra will have lots of potential but won’t be an MK4.

I went direct to cquence; Houston is great to deal with. Ordered drilled & slotted; they arrived 6 days later; they mistakenly sent slotted only, when I contacted Houston he had the correct product made and shipped two days later. I got the tracking info Friday; they arrive Thursday, will have them installed with front & rear Eibach sway bars next week. Houston said he would email a label to ship the other rotors back still waiting for that, can't believe they sent the replacements so quick.
