It has been 3 weeks with stinger gt and i suffer from flat battery ....
it's happened 7 times in 1 month.
Went for a service and they told me battery is fine just low in charge and pretty sure it would not make any issue but in 5 days it went flat again.
Have no dash cam, drive 100km daily average.

Does anyone have the same issue with mine?
very annoying...

Are you keeping the keyfob in close proximity to the car? You may want to put it into a metal container (aka Faraday's Cage) if that is the case...
A keyfob wants to communicate with the car ... which can run down the battery.

Not sure I understand your question...

Would it be work for the dealer? Warranty work yes.

Would it be work for you? Yes. Inconvenience, time. But do you want it fixed or not?

It takes like 10 whole minutes.

To take the battery out requires some pretty specific tools; long ones, for one thing. I don't have them. Most people don't, I suspect. :P

Now come on, everyone knows that 10mm sockets are like socks - they have a knack for vanishing. A 10mm socket that hasn't disappeared IS a specialist tool!

I had the exact same problem with my new Stinger. The battery kept on dying. The dealer replaced it and there has been no problem since. It appears that there was a faulty batch of batteries in the factory at some stage. BTW taking the battery out is a two minute job - no special tools required.

See? That is what I am talking about. I don't have those. I have pieces/parts, with essential tools missing. Now, I can go to Lowe's and get what I don't have. I've done this a few times over the years. But when it comes down to it, the battery being disconnected is not something I want to do myself with this car. So I won't be getting the missing tools to take the battery out.

I never said "special" I said "specific". And I am missing those specific tools. Most people don't work on their own cars, ergo most people will be missing the extender tools to get the battery out.

Fair point!

From memory you bought a demo? It was probably allowed to go flat, these new batteries once flat get weaker with every recharge . After a few times they hold little charge. I had this explained to me in detail by the NRMA battery delivery service.

Get a new battery from the dealer the one youve got is probably cactus.
