So I just had a great run and cool experience with a fellow Stinger brother.

Heading home yesterday I saw a nice Black GT a few cars in front of me. As traffic cleared I got to an outside lane and was about a half car length in front of him. He noticed me, went to the opposite outside lane a took off. It was clear so I did the same and slowly started to pull away from him. By highway speeds I was a little more than a car length ahead and let off. I slowed and rolled down my window to give him a thumbs up.

That’s when I was surprised to see someone I recognized. The guy sticks his head out the window and says “I remember you, we ran before when I was in my Charger... you inspired me to check out the Stinger and once I drove it I had to have one! I just traded in my SRT and LOVE my new GT!” I told him congrats, we exchanged thumbs up and parted ways both with a huge grins on our faces.:D

I have converted at least two non-believers(S5 & SRT Charger) to Stingers and know the word about the Stinger is out. Even diehard Mopar followers are changing their minds and accepting the Stinger as a true competitor. Gotta love it and made my day!

KIA Motor should of pay you for referring new customer to them, maybe offer like $50 gas card incentive. Either please continue to do covert people to the dark side

Cool story. :D

you pulled away from him? Hmmmm maybe he was AWD? Cool experience

Yes, I started to pull away from him slowly and no he was just a stock RWD GT.

The extra 20-30whp from intakes & muffler deletes was just enough to start pulling on him at the top of each gear. My Stinger definitely pulls harder from 4-6k RPM with just those two mods.

True and didn’t expect to have an advantage at all, but the better airflow surely helps on the top end.
