Yeah except our justice system is a joke and they’ll probably get off with a fine or a good behviour bond or some other judicial slap on the wrist because despite community expectations the Courts often get it wrong. I have no doubt their tax payer funded Legal Aid lawyer will claim they had a bad childhood and have mental health issues and that’ll be enough to excuse the fact they assaulted police officers who were just doing their job. If they’d rammed a police car and then assaulted the officers like that in the US there’s a good chance they would’ve been shot but not in good old touchy feely soft on crime Australia.

Western Australia Police added some fluorescent stripes

And just for comparison here’s one I found from Poland

It’s not uncommon for Australian Police to use coloured cars for Highway Patrol vehicles, the livery stays the same across the fleet regardless of the colour of the vehicle, but some of them can look better than the traditional white.

It's a patrol car: car washes are paid for by the state. Run her through a tunnel each morning.

No I’m saying they won’t fork out the cash to run them through a car wash. They get washed but it’ll be by an officer with a bucket and hose

I know it not the same but I know the firefighters I know in Texas have to wash & polish the engines in their station so no truck wash for them, I believe this is also the case here in OZ as well.
