Did that happen on the way up from Sydney? I saw the Rafa overtaking once or twice on the way up to the valley, but don’t recall the double white line bit. I did notice them riding a bit close to the car in front now and again and remember thinking it’d piss me off if they were doing that behind me. As for the speeding/racing there really wasn’t an opportunity on the section I drove due to the narrow and winding road and how close the group kept. From what i saw YES, but the guy who got banned who contacted me i didn't see his offences. Im not saying he didn't but those that did were crossing double white lines and speeding by a big margin. The overtaking was dangerous and people were racing each other.
Not in Australia, it affected LHD modelsKia issued a recall of 2018 Stingers in which 16,011 were potentially affected. It was over a front end faulty wiring harness that was at risk of catching fire due to a manufacturing error. One car caught on fire, but all vehicles had to be checked and new wiring harness put in.
NSW Police had a Kia Sorento that randomly burst into flames while being driven late last year in Sydney. That’s the only one I’ve heard of.The article related back to cars of around 2014- 2015 era so it didn't relate to the Stinger. Ive never heard of any current Kia's or Hyundai's having issues.
From memory most of the action happened when we left the cafe area where we met you. If i recall you were a couple of cars behind me and from what i saw was some cars overtaking over double white lines at high speed.Did that happen on the way up from Sydney? I was right behind you, don’t recall anyone crossing the white lines. My dash cam from the drive is long gone, it records over itself when the SD card is full. From memory most of the action happened when we left the cafe area where we met you. On the way to the cafe from Sydney i was the last or second last car so i don't know what happened up towards the front. What i do know was the FB admin people were seething afterwards.
Do you remember the Hyundai I30n's passing us i think they run out of overtaking lane and may have crossed white lines. At one stage i think they got to be two a breast.I was right behind you, don’t recall anyone crossing the white lines. No not really. I vaguely remember a couple of cars overtaking but not sure when or who. I do recall seeing the Rafa overtaking someone in front of us. Anyway it doesn’t matter.Do you remember the Hyundai I30n's passing us i think they run out of overtaking lane and may have crossed white lines. At one stage i think they got to be two a breast.
