The only place is the world were an individual can run an 18.5 with a keg of bud and no clothes on. I assume the clothes off was for weight reduction.
Then you have your full bolt on stingers running 10.9 by just removing the passenger and rear seats. Not to mention on street performance tires and RWD. I forgot stock turbos. I forgot where I saw the post where a representative from burger motorsports states that after 20 psi on stock turbos there was no more power to be gained. Where all cars with similar
mods at the track are running between 11.9 to 12.3.
I am sure high school kids would have more common sense. This is MERICA.
It’s crazy that everyone just seems to think I am crazy or plain hating. Everyone forgets that I actually drive a stinger and own a JB4. I would love for the car to actually be that fast.
It’s insane to see people getting triggered because they agree with me. You don’t have to like me lol, it’s just plain common sense. There is no way in hell its scientifically possible, for a full bolt on Stinger to run 10.9 unless you removed about 900 pounds weight from the stinger. To be honest I don't think the passenger seats, rear seats and spare tire add up to 900 pounds, maybe 200 pounds at most.
Below is a little research I was doing of production cars on high 10's and low 11's. Note that most of the vehicles are considered supercars. Most of the vehicles have dual clutch transmission and weight less than the stinger. Look at the HP/TQ numbers. And most are AWD. I am not saying that Stinger wont ever be able to reach a 10.9 run, but with just bolt ons and a little weight reduction I highly doubt it.
Everyone can disagree all you want but its not that hard to just look at the results logically. I understand most of you are biased and some hardcore blinded fan boys. This is not about people not liking me or me hating on someone else. Its just simple logical facts.
Its not about Tonka liking Tork, or agreeing with me. Its not about Tork vs Burger rivalary. Its not about Fan boys blindly supporting a track slip with no other proof. There is a moment were we all have to keep it real with ourselves. I never seen a forum where people have a hard time accepting the facts or no one questions the facts/results.
You go no any other forum mustang/Camaro/corvette/dodge/lexus/Toyota/GTR and even Honda for god sakes they all have 1/4 threads were they actually post the track results video/slip/
mods etc..... Nothing like us here were is all mostly virtual reality and he said, she said deal.
I am sure if the guy really ran a 10.9 or 11.2 like he claimed he does consistently then there would be videos. Just thinking logically here its 2019 everyone has smart phones that record.
I might be wrong but something tell's me we will never see the video of the magical 10.9 run.
