I've had a slight "buzzing" from my driver side front door for a month now. It hasn't been bad, can't hear it with any music playing. It would "buzz" when the car hit about 1500 rpms and sometimes over rough concrete. Well I brought my car to the dealer to get the recall done, installing the grommet also got rid of that little annoying buzz. No idea why, I didn't tell them about it and I had my car back after an hour.

Soo, win? Sometimes the dealership does do something right, even if it's by accident!

Last month wife got the Stinger's left rear panel crushed by a tractor-trailer after 2 weeks we got it back. Now we have both rear cargo lights working. Kia told us that only one is functional in our 2.9 Premium model. Fixed by accident the bodyshop was never told about the cargo lights.

Call it a win! At many dealerships, they have a much better chance of doing something right by accident than on purpose!
