Stinger back window

I'd say it's small, but not 'very' small.

Coming from a full-size SUV and a Sonata, the Stinger's back window is much smaller. But I wouldn't say it's so small that you will have difficulty seeing the traffic out the back. Parking, the beautiful back humps give you good aiming points from the side mirrors and the back camera is excellent.

After driving it for a couple of hours and parking it a couple of times - you will get used to it.

So in short, it's smaller than a typical sedan but not to the point that it 'hinders' your visibility. I'd say very dark window tints would hinder your visibility more than the size.

Awesome..the back window is about the size of a convertible VW Bug that i had a few years ago.

The window might be the same size as your bug, but the blind spots will be way way worse. It will definitely be something you'll have to get used to.

I haven't driven a Stinger yet but I do hear a lot of people say the rear window is a bit small, and rear visibility is a bit - challenging... But the backup camera takes care of that issue...
Yeah I wouldn't be so worried about backing up. (Although a 360 camera would help with that, haha) I am much more worried about blind spots while merging in traffic.. I sat in it and had my kid walk around where a car could be in anohter Lane and there was pretty huge spots off the rear quarter that you couldn't see. That blind spot monitor will be crucial in this car.

Hi.

Push "View" while driving forward and the TFT show Video from behind the Car...

It's included in ALL the models, right?
No. Looking at their webpage, it is optional on all trims except the GT2 where it is standard. I believe it is part of the drive wise package.

Hmm. For this car I think it's an option everyone should "check" on the order sheet...

The first time I looked in the rear view mirror, I was struck by how small the back window seemed to be. A quick turn of my head and I realized that the visibility is good, though. Setting up your sideview mirrors properly is, as always, very important - almost as important as using them.

So, I sat for a moment and looked around. Where's this "View" button??

Lol, I'm pretty sure he's talking about the 360 view button that does not exist in the US cars. Whanh wha...

Oh, then that makes sense. I do believe it's against Federal Law to have any video on that screen while driving other than in reverse.

Trying to figure out why anybody would want this. If you want to see what's happening behind the car while you're driving forward - don't you just look in the rear-view mirror?

There is Not much to See.
Small Window - much Space between the under end of the Window and the street.
You don't know what is in this space.. .
On the tft you can see everything behind the car.

I took two Lyft rides recently where the drivers had each replaced their stock rear view mirrors with larger mirrors that integrated hidden LCD screens to receive input from their dashcams. I say "hidden" because the LCD part was also mirror finished, so it just looked like a large but normal mirror until they turned on the LCD. One had the cams mounted on the mirror itself, and other just took and input feed (as I understood it). Toguard and Falcon Zero.

Toguard:

I haven't spent much time researching, because I don't have a strong use case right now, but seemed very interesting nonetheless.
