WTB Used GT2, >15k miles

I've been waiting in hopes of picking up a used GT2 with over 15,000 miles. Checking cars.com and autotrader from time to time looking for a private seller. Still seeing most GT2's with 1,000 to 5,000 miles and dealers asking $40k...that's too close to what I could pick up a new 2018.

Anywhere else I should be looking for one that's been enjoyed for a year and a few months?

Why don't you look into if you can take over another person's lease, then buy it out from Kia if you like the car. Former IS 250 and GS350 F Sport driver here... just got my base GT few days ago, the performance is amazing, but the interior and ride comfort is something that can be improved. Maybe rent one on turo for an extended test drive, if it's going to be your daily driver. Brand new MY2018 GT2 are 20% off msrp after incentives.

This car is so great that I doubt many are parting with them, the 2.0T yeah but not many GT2s. Seeing what electronics the 2020 Soul and Hyundai Palisades have got in them (10.2 in screen, in particular) I'l be waiting for the 2020 Stinger or a K900, unless they come out with something else that catches my attention.

I would say it has more to do with alot of them being leased. A $50K Kia is a hard sell to own outright.

A number of folks here have bought theirs or have bought out their lease, I would suspect the same of others off the forums as well. Let's be honest, while it seems like a lot for a KIA, the Stinger, when compared against similar vehicles is a great buy. There are more folks coming over from the European brands after taking a chance and driving this car. Unless they have had some sort of issue, I suspect a lot of folks will keep it for a few years or even trade out for a new version. I'm one in that camp.
