"Bubbling": that is not what is happening to all the cars except the OP's. He says that one or two blisters got bigger then burst when the door closed; and that there was wet stuff that came out of the burst blister. So far, his is the only case of blisters getting bigger then bursting. So, yet another panicked Stinger owner with a rare or singular "event". But I am confident that the rest of us panicking on this thread are needlessly doing so.
I know this because I've just returned from checking out four MY19 Stingers (two Red and two Ceramic Silver). That's sixteen doors. Most of the MY19 door inside edges look terrific. Kia has probably firmed up their painting process on the Stinger's doors as their assembly processes are refined. That is what the evidence says. There was ONE lower corner with puddling, like one of my doors has, and a pic above shows in one of the posts. Or rather, puddling of that amount; there was a second lower corner with some puddling but it was very minor. A few "bubbles" were in evidence, but not as many on any of the cars as on my GT1 MY18.
So Kia sprays the inside of the door, either first or facing down. Obviously the outer surface is facing up when it is sprayed, to obtain even thickness across the door. Paint gathers at some points on the underside of some of the doors that get a bit more paint. The "bubbling" is actually excess paint that started to drip. The drips are in more or less consistent places when they show up at all. Most are very small. You can poke a thumbnail in them and leave a mark.
I noticed a detail about how thick the inside edges paint is: the bottom edge, and the lower half of the opened door edge (the main part of the door below the handle) has a strip of thick, soft, almost weather stripping type of material. It is painted, of course. The drips tend to gather off of these strips more than the upper inside edges of the doors (around the windows). And you can poke a thumbnail into these strips and leave a temporary indentation. This is easier to do on the brand new cars than on my MY18, which makes sense, since their paint is newer.
