Reverse Lights Are Dim

My reverse lights do not provide sufficient illumination.
Any fix for this?

I think the illumination adjuster also adjust how bright the camera is too (if you're noticing the dimness in the screen).

You can adjust the camera brightness? How does that work? I assume that you are not referring to the brightness level of the nav screen.

I referring to the screen brightness not cam brightness. I noticed last night I had my illumination set to 2 and when I came home and backed into the garage I could barely see anything on the screen.

I noted toward the end of that thread that several had PROBLEMS with the LED bulb replacement. Something about the backup lights staying on all the time, or creating shifting problems. Certainly gave me pause.

I’ve had no problems to date, you need CanBus free bulbs & these have been posted in that thread, numerous members have them fitted with no issues.

No problems and very pleased with mine. Light output probably 3-4 times as bright compared to OEM. It's also an easy DIY install.

Same here. The Retrofit Source is a great place to get great LED bulbs for automotive purposes.

Check your manual for reverse bulb size applicable & reconfirm May be different for 2.0 not sure.

No issues with mine and yes the OEM bulbs are too dim , easy change lots of How To info here
