License Plate Frames

I have the same car and my state requires both...so I am following your post and interested in pics once you choose please! I took my new E badges into Kia and they couldn't change them out it required filling new holes and drilling new ones...let me know how these are working out for anyone else please!
Check out the YouTube channel StingerGTandMe. He has some good vids and does one on how to install the front E badge.

I just cut off the one post that was on the other side then the holes. No filling or drilling. Just cut it low enough to allow for a good seal.
So I did not know that....the emblems you have to cut to make them work? Is that only the E circular one or does that apply to the oval K ones too? Might just get the metal skin versions.

It’s not that hard. The stinger has 3 holes for the Kia emblem, the E is the Korean emblem and the holes are backwards. It’s one post you have to cut. It’s plastic, I used wire snips and it took all of 3 seconds. The two bottom posts (I think bottom) fit right in with no issues.

Bringing this back to license plates. What options exist for a tow hook bracket? The ones I have seen seem to stick out really far.

Might be a dead thread, but what size machine screws hold on the rear license plate? I’m assuming M5 or M6, but don’t have a tool to measure. Looking to replace Phillips head with something uncommon (Allen, torx, safety, etc).

Thanks!

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...

No idea. But I can say, Welcome! anyway. :D
