australians will be getting pulled over by one of these

Won't be hard to outrun them, looks like it's a 2.0 engine (from the non-LED headlights) or the 2.2 diesel (from the wheels) - there are more incentives to get the 3.3 now as civilians.

In Australia the 3.3 litre V6 TT has three models, the 330S and the 330SI which both have the front headlights pictured in the police car photos, where the range topping GT model has the full LED headlights which are exclusive to that model. But, the 2.0 litre Turbo also has three models with the 200S and 200SI which also have these same headlights, as pictured in the police car photos, although the GT model 2.0 ltr Turbo has the full LED headlights like its big brother V6 TT GT. So the police car pictured could still be a 2.0 ltr 4cyl Turbo or 3.3ltr V6 TT. The 200S and 300S have the same rims, but the 200SI and 330SI have the same rims as in the photo of the police car.

I'm very surprised to see alloy wheels on that "interceptor" configuration. Most police cars...at least in the US...run steel wheels, because they're so prone to damage during priority responses and chases. Steel wheels can much more likely be repaired than alloy, or are at least cheaper to replace.

Oh wow, I didn't know the trims and options are so different across different markets. In Korea, all Stingers share the exact same exterior - from base 2.0 to the top trim 3.3. Only the base 2.0 has the headlights just like the police car here, but you can upgrade to the full LED, it's an 800,000 Korean won option. The only the base and middle trim 2.0 comes with 18" wheels, the rest are all 19".

Kia took out so many design features for other markets, but then it starts at a lower price point than in Korea (at least in the US).

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Yes it’s true police have bought them to replace the Holden commodore which has been discontinued. 3.3 litre V6 turbo version most likely as the 2.0L got a bad safety rating of 3 stars and the V6 got 5 stars. Still not as good as the Italians lol
