It is $2700 and it is 2.5" inside diameter. Electronic valve control with 4 modes. On. Off, auto, and dynamic. 80 mph cruising (2400 RPM in 8th gear) with valves fully opened has the least drone I have ever heard. There is almost no drone at all. I love that. Valved closed is quieter than stock which is also cool.Sounds Good! how much was it?
Thats okIdk. I didn't really enjoy it.
For some reason all companies who make exhaust systems think that all the customers want is a loud sound. Nobody is paying attention to the tone. Take a listen to lexus lfa exhaust sound.I know it is completely different engine, but that what i call an exhaust sound. Not a fan of the sound.
I realize a lot of people will like this and a lot of people won't. When driving my car, this exhaust has zero drone cruising with or without the valves open and when I really get on it its beautiful. YouTube videos just don't do it justice. It really is a great sounding exhaust but again, that's objective and I understand not all people will like it. Many do and many don't. Every system is like that. I posted this less for me and more for the company so they can see the feedbackFor some reason all companies who make exhaust systems think that all the customers want is a loud sound. @DT88 I think you mentioned in the previous thread that you also had mid-pipes installed didn't you? If so, what brand are they?
I personally think it sounds great, especially the crack on upshift under acceleration. I will def be ordering one after the first of the year. It seems theres always some type of house construction that needs doing first......dam being an adult sucks sometimes
Most definitely. And i cant wait to hear the sound with those installed.I am
I am going to be installing my secondaries soon. Stay tuned for that video and please subscribe if you haven't already. When you're ready to buy the exhaust let me know.

Tell me something i dont know. I've brought lfa just to make a point about tone, not about how loud it is. And for that reason i am keeping my silly stock exhaust.LOL that is a NA 9,000 rpm redline V10. The exhaust sound is mostly a characteristic of that engine. Comparing any exhaust on a turbo car to a high revving naturally aspirated engine like that is silly.
Too rich for me. I'm happy with my MBRP right now!It is $2700 and it is 2.5" inside diameter. Electronic valve control with 4 modes. On. Off, auto, and dynamic. 80 mph cruising (2400 RPM in 8th gear) with valves fully opened has the least drone I have ever heard. There is almost no drone at all. I love that. Nothing silly about it. Its totally cool if this exhaust isn't your typeTell me something i dont know. I've brought lfa just to make a point about tone, not about how loud it is. And for that reason i am keeping my silly stock exhaust.
I plan to put the secondaries on here within the next two weeks and I want to try to get some video in a more secluded country road with no audio distractions. I have something in mind for location so it should be a good one. The only hold up is the EVC wiring. Once I get the updated version I'm waiting on this new video will be better I honestly believe.I think it sounds good. Curious to hear if the tone changes when you move to secondaries as a lower tone would sound even better.
It's expensive though. Did some quick mental math and it's slightly less then what I've spent on all my mods to date. Too rich for me but I really like how more and more companies are designing exhaust systems for the Stinger. Keeps things fresh.
