You kids have obviously never been to Mexico. This sort of shit is common occurrence but much more extreme. Like 4 on a mo-ped, dad driving with the toddler on the tank mom behind him sitting sidesaddle holding the baby merrily zigging in and out of traffic down the highway. Or the tandem flatdeck one side missing a tire with the family sitting on plastic Corona chairs on the deck again on the highway. Or (last one) the small 4door with 4 adults and 5 children in it. After spending time down there none of this shit surprises me anymore. The difference is no one down there gives a shit.

I would have called 911 and call child protection services, that kid if falls can at least get brain damage. Di you yell the parent hey WFT are you doing? Once I stopped and got out of a car and confronted a guy who had 6 children between ages 6 and 2 all in the car some of then in the front seat with no child restrain car seat or seat bets on them.
