Looking at wheels and found a very good deal on 19x9.5 +35

Would this size wheel fit both the front and rear?

It is hard to believe that 9.5 ET30 (29 mm more outside vs OEM) will look good in the front, it will poke like crazy. 8.5 ET30 (16mm more outside) is flush for the front... 9.5 ET35 (24mm more outside vs OEM) is also too much. Some have run 20mm spacers up front and they found it was poking to much...

Short answer to the OP no those wheels do not fit properly the car.

I've seen that car numerous times and there are no issues with fitment or appearance.

Can I hijack this thread and ask what is the smallest size wheels I can fit on the back of my 2018 3.3 RWD stinger?

The purpose is to go drifting on the racetrack with low grip tires.
