Why? Also, you missed a little.
Not a fan of door handles, believe it distracts from the gorgeous design, interrupts the flow.

Just fixed what I missed.

Flush door handles would be the obvious next step: there's no way that I would go for a door that clicks open electronically and pushes out so that you can use fingertips to pull it open; and also no way that I'd opt for automatically opening and closing doors (more motors and pistons and crap like that).

I agree with Merlin.
Our trunk situation if battery is dead is already undesired.
Having more electronically dependent items to open the door is just asking for more problems.
At a certian point, function is better over form (like side-view mirrors)

Now there have been cars with more recessed handles. I like how my old geo storm had its door handles, and then there is the way telsa does theirs.
Not sure how old you are, a lot of 90s and early 2000s cars had more recessed door handles ..... and the vast majority of these would break after 10-15 years of age.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...

I hear you, though sure there's an alternative. I'd go for flush handles, the new Kia EV6 has a better solution. Works well with the lines, not sure how they operate though.

Both would work great in the ice/snow...
