For some reason there is cool air coming out of the windshield vents and the bottom of my windshield fogs up since it’s hotter outside.

I usually have the AC going on LO at medium speed towards my face and feet.

Anyone else having this issue or should I take it to the dealer to check the AC?

What happens when you leave it on Auto?

This is every day for me - figured it was a package deal with all the noises

Do you always change your AC to recirculating? There might be too much moisture in the air inside your car.

on mine the moisture is outside of the windshield so not related to interior moisture in the cabin just condensation from the temperature differences between the outside and inside of the windshield. like a cold glass of ice water on a hot summer say. Doesnt matter if I have the vent controls set to floor only, still happens. @Leonidass yours is on the outside right?

Negative, this is on the inside of the windshield

Looks like you just have it too cold! Do you have it down to 60F? Brrr
Maybe some anti-fog on the inside might work, but idk I don't have my AC to know.

My lower windshield fogs up sometimes when I have my AC OFF. Turning it back ON and on "Auto" clears it up right away. I usually drive with a mix of air flow high and low. Also, I've noticed that when I fiddle with the climate controls/settings, trying for different effects, I summon the "fog" more readily than if I just leave the thing on "Auto" and let it do all the work.

I figured out to stop it fogging up just turn all the vents off and the front demister on in climate settings, no more fogging up or need for A/C but you may get a bit cold with no heating on you so that's the pay off.

Mine only does that when my passenger relaxes with his chin on the dash.

Lol. Is that dog slobber I see on your dash? Small price to pay for companionship.

It's on the outside and it's because your AC is too low at a time of day when the dew point is low. It is most assuredly condensation.
If it really is inside the car when the ac is on you should take the car in because that would imply a leak in the climate control system, such as a cracked heat exchanger.

Hit the wipers next time to be sure

My two suggestions:
1) Make sure you actually have the A/C turned "ON", vent set to "Outside air", and not just the air vent blowing on the dash. If the A/C is set to Off, the vent is on recirculate, and the air is blowing, it will do this.
2) Clean the inside of the windshield thoroughly. Use a good glass cleaner and a microfiber towel to remove any residue that has accumulated on the inside of the windshield.

Glad to report that with a cold front, the problem no longer exists. My A/C is always "on" but I guess it was just too low temperature coming out when it was hot and humid outside. Gotta love Texas..
