I'm due for replacement tires and I want some more sidewall. I have a 2.0t with stock 225/45-18 front and rear tires.

I've seen the Google docs spreadsheet with different tires combos.

Stinger Wheel Tire Options

Do you know whether 245/45-18 will fit on the fronts without rubbing?

I could go with 235/45-18 but 245/45-18 tend to be cheaper and more available.

I currently have 245/35/19 on my front without rubbing
Use this calculator the see size variations, this may help you decide which way you go.

Anyone elso notice how much better the turn in feels with 245s in front over 225s?

Fits A OK with OEM wheels, better driveability and ride comfort. Happy to have followed Rob`s advice

Go ahead with 245/45/18, been rocking them over a year and on lowered springs too!
