Who manufacters both front AND rear brake pads ? And front and rear rotors?

Hey Daniel, if my stock rotors are still in good shape, can I just upgrade my brake pads to the Stoptech or should I upgrade the rotors also?
We typically recommend upgrading your brake pads first. Unless there is something wrong with your rotors or if you really want to upgrade them for a particular reason, I would suggest leaving the stock ones on. Feel free to shoot me a message if you need some help putting a brake pad package together.

Guys I'm trying not to embarrass myself, but why does it look like most companies only offer front pads and not the matching rear pads? Is it the same pad on front and back and it's just named funny or am I missing something?

@Daniel - do you sell pads for the 2.0T model? I'm looking for something with more bite.

I know that the Hawk pads a while back only sold front to fit the Stinger. And that front pads were out before rear pads for other brands. I'm guessing that even now not all aftermarket brands that fit the Stinger have dedicated "Stinger" pads for the rear.

Many owners who have gone aftermarket brake pads have not bothered to replace the OE rear pads, because shudder on the rear rotors is very rare. When it comes time to replace my brake pads I'm going to go aftermarket in front, but only in the rear is the brand of pads I choose have rear pads, otherwise, just OE rear pads. Here's the go-to thread on brakes: FAQ: Vibration under braking: warped rotors? NO!

Never gotta be embarrassed to ask a question in order to learn! :D

I ask countless questions daily... :p

I've got a set of white wheels on the way so I wanted to run something super low dust and fix my shudder at the same time. I ordered these this morning and hope they fit the bill.

Those look solid!! Hopefully it will not take too long to ship!! :)

I’ve been on dba rotors & pads since January last year & I am extremely happy with them, they give a good positive brake feel & pull you up quickly when you jump on the pedal

Hey! Do the rotors and pads make any clunking noises at all? I’ve heard of some people who changed out their rotors/pads hear that noise. I’m wondering if it happens with DBA aswell? Also how much did the full set run you? Rotors and pads. Thanks and I love your wheel setup!

Hi, thanks for the wheel compliment, I have no clunking noises whatsoever, I had mine professionally installed by an auto mechanic, price for everything including installation & GST was AU$1,450.00.
