I said I would update you all after making arrangements for what I chose, a partial wrap in 3M Gloss Black. Hood and Roof. Now that the project was completed today, I am proud to share my picks. This is just.too.Sweeeeeeet!

For those in the Chicagoland and Greater Chicagoland area, trust me, its worth making the trip to these guys. Talk to Klaudia and she’ll hook you up. This chick is the GM and one of the wrappers! Everyone else is ripping us off with pricing. These guys do a quality wrap, the right way. They don’t just tuck everything. They properly take off panels. All this and they charge for a fraction of the inflated prices you’ll see. Highly recommended. I’m going back to get my trunk decklid wrapped, and the rest of the car paint corrected and ceramic coated.

PFF Clear Bra in the new front facia, on Friday + Air Design Front Facia Winglets are on the way. Then I will add the Devil’s Claws to complete the look. There will be threads with pics for those things as well.

I believe you should ask them to wrap your black chrome in gloss black to match with the rest and also powdercoat you wheels gloss black. This would complete the look and make it look like everything goes together.

Also since yellow / black is flashy / agressive looking, a nice suspension drop and set of wheel spacer would help the look without being overly expensive.

I am glad your are happy and that you paid a fair price!

I did the same thing to the hood of my HCR recently...mainly to cover up a rock chip that bugged me as then to see if I would like the look with a carbon fiber hood.
