Does anyone know which coolant the Stinger uses? Specifically the 3.3TT model.
The manual says to use a glycol coolant which is as ambiguous as it can be LOL.

I know the colour isn't always a proper indication - However the liquid in the coolant resiviour looks green which I think is mostly likely HOAT type coolant?
As in Hybrid IAT/OAT.

Noticed newer Hyundai/Kia are Toyota style red (OAT) type coolant.

I think that if Kia is that unspecific about it, that the actual specifics between brands don't matter. :)

I'm sure it matters as there's a risk associated with material compatibility and mixing different types of fluids.

Are you saying that different brands of glycol don't blend?

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...

I have a 2019 GT2 - it looks blue on mine but the level is running real low.

I bought the Amsoil (HOAT) Glycol base with phosphate, should I flush my coolant before topping off?

i have a 2021 kia stinger GT. it has pink coolant in the reservoir is it acceptable to use Zerex G40 in my vehicle?

You shouldn't need to flush just because of a color change. Color is no longer an indicator of the chemical makeup, and you should see (for example) the same brand & P/HOAT ingredients available in blue, green, or pink "Asian" coolant.

As for the G40, that looks to be European coolant without phosphates, which don't play nicely with the calcium & magnesium in their harder water. But I don't think the lack of phosphate will cause any issues if you put an HOAT coolant into an Asian (PHOAT) car.
