PLEASE! It is VERY important that this area is not used for the discussion of technical issues with your Stinger. This section is for posting about regional-specific things like Stinger clubs, events, local vendor or dealer recommendations, KiaStinger.com member sightings, etcetera... In other words, I do NOT want people to need to scour through several different sections to find answers about their heads up display. I updated in the NJ NYC Philly thread and wanted to add here that I continue to have a great relationship with Signature Detailing in Hillsborough.
I emailed Greg yesterday shortly after installing a lower carbon fiber grill to see if he had the PPF cut file. He responded yes and had me come in this morning for the install. He refused payment and considered it as part of the full front clip I had him install this past winter.
His right hand man Francisco gave the car a free detail the last time I was in. Just a great group of guys.
Greg was also my reference to Tropic Window Tinting in Union, NJ who also did great work. Both are Military supporters as well.

Check out "Abuff and Beyond" in Cranbury. I've had multiple cars received PPF and Ceramic coating and their top quality work. Take a look at their instagram. I'm dropping Stinger next week for full treatment.

Continuing to get great service from Signature Detailing in Hillsboro, NJ.
A few days ago while driving home, what a appeared to be a large meteorite-like chunk of hard rubber came hurling from the car in front of me.
I could tell it hit some sort of plastic in the front of the car and assumed the piece would be broken judging from the noise.
I was pleased when I looked to see it was mostly, if not all PPF damage.
I emailed Greg the photos and he said to bring in the car.
He cut a new panel on his plotter and started work. As usual, a great finished product and again he refused payment based off the original install purchase.
This has definitely been the best purchase I’ve made for the car. Wish more businesses had this attitude towards their customers.

To be fair, I hesitate to post a price publicly since I got the install in January 2020 before all the panic. Not sure how much has changed since.
I will say Signature Detailing was $200 below another (inferior) installer in South Amboy I spoke with first, plus Greg gave me a military discount that had it come considerably lower still.
If I knew what I do now, I’d have done the entire car.
I originally discovered him when I did a search and kept seeing guys on a Bimmer forum talking him up, then I found his Google reviews and sent an email inquiry.
I did the ceramic myself along with a friend who’s a professional detailer. He showed me a lot of does and do nots I wasn’t getting from DIYers and YouTube videos. Plus I had access to all the tools of the trade.

I used them as well and have been happy this far with the product, install, and communication. I had gotten quotes from three places and all were within $100 of each other.
