So i have the BMS TiAL 50mm Q BOV adapter and valve, that came packaged as the 6psi spring that from BMS. I currently have it hooked up to the factory solenoid, and it isn't opening fully, even with a 1/4" line from the solenoid as required. I posted on the FB group and Terry from Burger mentioned some guys are running it directly off the manifold and bypassing the solenoids all together... So I'm wondering if anyone here is, and if its working well?! I briefly connected mine to the manifold line, but it wasn't opening the valve at all and I went back to the solenoid.

Also wondering if anyone is running a lighter spring than the black spring they recommend ?! white or plain maybe?

The red box in the pic is where it would connect directly to the manifold.

I have the same setup and I'm wondering the same thing. Most of the time it acts like the BOV is opening fine but once in a while I can hear the turbos surge like the BOV doesn't open. I was going to test bypassing the solenoid since it's supposed to open the BOV a little sooner. If you figure out the best way to get this to work I would love to know. Thanks!

There is a thread with photos that show where to connect it to the manifold. I’ll paste it here when I find it.

Here it is

Tial BOV issue

Running mine with no spring fixed it.
