Hey, I am looking to do some drifting with the stinger (on a closed course) and wanted to know if it really matters what wheel size I have in the rear? I have a gt2 so it is a staggered set (bigger in the back I believe). I was curious about what a bolt pattern is, what the size is, what leniency I have sizing wise (how big and small I can go without damage), and what thickness I can fit on my rear wheels.

I would buy a set of 18" take-offs and use 225/35/18 cheap/used tires inflated to 44psi in the rear for drift day ;) That will rotate easily until you need to make real investments for competition drift set up. Have fun! ;)

As long as its rwd you should be fine. Tires on awd needs to be close to the same outside diameter
