Hey, I am looking to do some drifting with the stinger (on a closed course) and wanted to know if it really matters what wheel size I have in the rear? I have a gt2 so it is a staggered set (bigger in the back I believe). I was curious about what a bolt pattern is, what the size is, what leniency I have sizing wise (how big and small I can go without damage), and what thickness I can fit on my rear wheels.

I would buy a set of 18" take-offs and use 225/35/18 cheap/used tires inflated to 44psi in the rear for drift day That will rotate easily until you need to make real investments for competition drift set up. Have fun!

As long as its rwd you should be fine. Tires on awd needs to be close to the same outside diameter
