Wheel rotation?

No not tire rotation but wheel. I'm trying to figure out if you jack up both the front wheels if you can rotate the wheels freely? Same goes with the back.

I'm pretty sure if any one wheel is off the ground it'll be to be spun freely. I don't think I've ever had a car that wasnt able to.

There should a differential for the front, so if one wheel was spun, the other would in the opposite direction granted that front driveshaft was static.
