Wheel coating

Can someone confirm for me what the previous owner likely coated my stock rims with? This is new stuff for me and I'm clueless if its paint or something else.

Yep, either dip or powder coat, or painted. Mine are gloss black (powder coat).

They look like mine…powder coated Glossy Metallic Gunmetal. Good look on the HCR in my opinion…
