Just wanted to see if anybody can help me out. We have a 2018 Stinger with the latest update for the navigation. Our navigation constantly sticks. So basically when you are using it, the map will freeze at any given location and basically lock up. So it will show you at a location where you are not actually at and won't update itself. This also happens when just using the map without navigation. I have taken several videos of this happening at sent it to KIA, they advised us to take the vehicle to the dealership. After two days they said they couldn't recreate the problem, which is BS, I don't think they tried, so they would not fix it. Even after sharing the videos with them. Has anybody ran into this issue, looking for some guidance...Thanks

This has to be a corrupt update issue. Try installing the latest update again. Does the reset button do anything? I've never tried it for anything but media glitches (once or twice, and now couldn't even tell you what the issue was; but nothing that repeated). But I think that any info that uses the screen is affected by the reset button.

I said "has to be": but that's simplistic, when we're talking about the complexity of cars these days. It could be hardware too.

You said "they" could not duplicate. Well, take them for a spin and show how this happens; unless that isn't practical because it is rare?

Either your antenna or its connection is bad; or the sd card with the update has a bad block. Try replacing card first.

When you did the update, did you use the original Kia SD card that was in the vehicle, or did you use an aftermarket card?

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
