Whats up with this deal?

I need your advice. This is the current deal for consideration. The dealer discount should be more but they are not budging. My confusion is that the final cap cost seems to include the addition of the first month payment. If I pay the first month shouldn't that come OFF the cap cost or Am I wrong?

Did it come off the cost for you?
