What turbos are in these twin turbo 3.3 engines? Who makes them and what size are they just curious. Couldn't find anything one the world wide Web.

All I can find is that they're made by Garrett. I'm sure if you email them they might send you more technical specs but their site doesn't have any downloads I can find.

Keep in mind the turbos are from Garrett, but they're not an off-the-shelf turbo, rather they use a unique combo of Garrett's off-the-shelf parts complete with some totally custom parts (specifically, the compressor and turbine housings) . Many manufacturers seem to do this now.

This. The only place you could buy a bolt-on would be Kia OEM (28231L/R), there's no complete part available from the Garrett.

Garrett Motion is filing Chapter 11 bankruptcy and is being bought by another company. Should stay alive though. Honeywell is now out of the picture. Asbestos liability lawsuits (and to a lesser degree COVID) created the rift. You can out bid the buying company if you offer more than $2.1 billion.
