Hi all! I know this seems like something I can just google, but I'd rather ask yall for KIA specifics than take the word of some random website.
I got a GT-Line, with about 68k miles. I got it in January of last year from a certified pre-owned dealer. What are some component swaps, fluids, or just basic checks I should perform before going on a road trip? The length of the trip will be about 6k miles total.

Any help would be appreciated!!

I don't think there's anything Kia-specific. You can check that the coolant overflow tank is between the L & H marks, brake fluid is topped off, and oil level is good (or do a change if it's about time), and maybe windshield fluid. No power steering fluid with our electric rack.

Tire pressure is probably worth checking with an external gauge and topping up. If you were really low TPMS should catch it, but if it's been a while you're probably a pound or two low, and going up to the high side for your highway cruise should make for a smooth ride and maybe a little better mileage.

Engine & cabin air filter if you want...won't matter for the trip but also things that tend to go a long time unchecked.

If you are up to date on your service intervals your Stinger is ready to go. KIA uses full synthetic engine oil now, so even if you change your oil out at 6,000 miles your good for another 6,000 miles anyway with full synthetic. I wouldn't worry about it until you get home, then do the oil change.

Check your tires for damage - nails/screws...

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Make sure your spare tire is aired up properly, not sure the exact psi but it's typically pretty high for those emergency spares. Also, since you bought it used make sure all your jack, lug wrench, etc included w/ the emergency kit aren't missing any pieces.
Wouldn't hurt to go around and check lug torque on all your wheels since it's a long trip.
