I wonder if I can have both in the same car? Thank you.

I'd imagine having Terry from BMS (JB4) and John from Tork both sitting in your backseat for a long road trip would be about as disastrous as using both JB4 and Tork's ECU tune together.

The only map you should use from JB4 with an ECU tune is "0". The JB4 can monitor and log what the ECU tune is doing. Using both to increase boost isn't a good idea.

Yes it can work. You use a custom map on the JB4 to add or remove boost from the flash tune and work as a WMI controller. Especially useful if you're working with different octane fuels often.

Thank you guys. I guess I will just use one tuner on my car. which one will give me more hp and torque gain if I just use 91 octane?

It is completely normal in the entirety of the tuning world to use JB4 stacked on top of a Back end flashed ECU tune. Many are already trying this, and some new tuners are specifically designing tunes for this type combination. Then main benefit being being dynamically fine tuning boost and fueling, or integrated external safety controls for Meth or port injection systems which the factory ECU cannot provide. While an ECU tune is required to allow for increased torque demand targets, and to remove limiters to hit those targets, they are ultimately complimentary systems. If you are to pick one right now as a newbie, the JB4 is easiest to install and get a good performance bump with little tuning background. Simply plug in, set to map 2 and enjoy. As there are more tuner gettign in the game, I'd wait on moving forward with any ECU tune at this time as new players and options are eminent.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
The JB4 is compatible with the factory flash map or any aftermarket flash map you want to run, it's a tuning tool at the end of the day.

Appreciate your inputs, that answers my questions. I will start with jb4 in tuning my car.

I do not have experience with stacking a JB4 tune on the Stinger but its very normal practice in the VAG community. Usually allows you to run up to an additional 4psi with the safety parameters still in effect(my experience). I would definitely reach out with any tech questions of course.

JB4 seems to be the quick and easy way to go on this platform considering it can be uninstalled for any warranty claims. I am a bit biased since I am familiar with their systems but still. I had to add port injection, E85, and full bolt-ons onto my S3 to achieve 380whp here in Denver...JB4 does that immediately with a tuning box. The difference in motor size but damn! My $55K S3 compared to a $38K Stinger...
