I have seen couple of threads in this forum of people getting insane deals on their stingers, I was hopeful to get anywhere close to those prices however the best I could get on a GT1 is 44k OTD and a demo GT2 for 45k OTD (5000 miles on it).

whats the best price I could get a GT1 OTD for ?

Do the lease buyout for the best deal...my GT1 (AWD) was $42K OTD (10.4% tax included) via the lease buyout method.

Where are you located? Do you have high-volume dealers near your area?

Austin, TX. I checked with couple of dealers and both were willing to come down to almost the same price mentioned above. There are 2-3 more left in the area I believe.

I have heard about lease buyouts, is there anything which I have to be vary about to do that ? Can I buy out the vehicle via finance once I take advantage of the lease deals ?

Yikes. 2-3 in the area? Have you tried increasing your search radius? I see 11 within a 150 mile radius of 73301 on cars.com (yes, 150 miles lol. I myself am considering driving that far)

Anyhow, the thing you need to be wary about lease buyout is miscommunication or lack thereof between your bank/credit union and HCA (who would handle your buyout). Miscommunication includes specific details when you request buyout on your Kia account (odometer reading? lease buyout amount? tax amount?). In the end, even if you do run into problems, you should get everything squared away at max 3 months. More details here: Lease then Buyout - Contract Explanation (feel free to ask there as well)

I would focus on one thing at a time. Try to contact as many dealers as you can! It might be a long sales process.
