What do YOU think a "Stinger" is?

Aside from the obvious, what is called to your mind when you hear the word? Is it a specific image, or a feeling? Do you equate the word to an animal or insect or even something mechanical?

I'm curious, as the choice to give this car a name instead of an alpha-numeric title seems very deliberate, given it's competition.
